Job Title: Proposal Administrator

Location: Mandaluyong City or Cebu City

Shift: 9:00PM - 6:00AM (Monday-Friday)

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, develop, and produce prospect proposals and pitches, including Request for Proposals/Request for Qualifications, statements of work, prospect summaries, and other related documents utilizing templates and a content library.

Use a browser-based content library and proposal generation tool to generate and format documents according to templates and requirements.

Use HubSpot, a CRM system, to maintain and update project statuses.

Format documents in Microsoft Word and export to Adobe PDF.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Read RFx documents and develop proposals according to specifications.

Conduct research to support proposal content.

Maintain clear communication with proposal and cross-functional teams.

Project plan within Monday.com.

Requirements:

Extreme proficiency in Microsoft Word.

Fluency in English as a second language beyond working proficiency.

Ability to read and discern complex, accounting industry jargon and follow strict requirements of work product output for Request for Qualifications.

Skilled in technical writing or research.

Preferred Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in technical and persuasive writing and editing.

Degree in Marketing, Business, Technical Writing, Communications, English, or related fields.

Preferred accomplishment of higher education courses in Proposal Writing, Technical Writing, Communications, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or related topics.

Experience in proposal writing and coordination, technical/persuasive B2B writing, editing, marketing, sales, business development, or related areas.

Extremely Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).

Basic knowledge of Request for ‘X’and Proactive Proposal management software (e.g., Loopio, Responsive, Quorus Docs, Rocket Docs, Proposify, PandDocs, etc.).

Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Bonus qualifications:
